The Details
December 6th, 10am-2pm at Sky Oro Coworking in Bozeman. Twelve 20-minute portrait sessions, completely free for families who cannot otherwise afford them. Thanks to our friends at F11 Photo, one printed 8x10 photo will be mailed to you the week after the event.
Who This Is For
Families who cannot otherwise afford them professional portraits. If you've been wanting family pictures but they're not feasible right now, this day is meant for you.
What You get
Each family receives a full 20-minute professional portrait session, one beautiful 8x10 printed photo donated by F11 Photo in Bozeman, plus all the digital images from the session at zero cost to you.

Yes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to sign in, complete waivers and to take a few moments to get prepared for your session.

The session will take place indoors in a warm and cozy space.

First and foremost wear clothing that you feel most comfortable and like yourself in. After that, clothes without busy patterns or words or logos are best (solid, darker, neutral tones often photograph best). Form fitting clothing with long sleeves is often the most complimentary to the subject. Also, the weather may be wintery so please bring an extra pair of clean, dry shoes to change into once you arrive and to wear during the session.

Yes. The building Sky Oro is located in has well lit, large restrooms with space to change and access a mirror.

Fun and easy! Tyson has been photographing kids and families for over 10 years and will give you lots of direction and encouragement during the session. He is also open to any poses or types of pictures you’d like to suggest. This is your time in front of the camera and he’s there to capture the joy and spirit of you and your family.

After the session, Tyson will work with you to select one image you would like printed. This image will be sent to F11 Photo in Bozeman for printing. Tyson will pick up the printed image from F11 Photo and mail it to you early the week of December 7th. You can also arrange to meet Tyson to pick it up.

Tyson will send you the final retouched high-resolution photos from your session via email by end-of-day Friday, December 12th. You will be able to download and keep all of the images in the gallery.

Yes. Bright Side Photo & Video owns the copyright to all images and grants each participant a the right and license to use the images once they have signed Bright Side’s service agreement. In other words, once everything has been signed and you have downloaded the images, they are yours to print and share.

Yes. Please let Tyson know the day of the event if you would not like your images shared publicly and they will not be.

Water and light snacks will be available at the event. Please bring any additional snacks and beverages you might need.

Sky Oro is located at 107 E Oak St Suite 1A in Bozeman in the Cannery District on the northeast side of town. There is plenty of free parking around the building.
